Cancellation Policy

1. Transfers / Point-to-point

100% refund if canceled 72 hours before the trip.
50 % refund if canceled 24 hours before the run.
If canceled less than 24 hours before the trip:

No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 30 .
Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

No refund in case of a no-show.

2. Hourly (Standard)

100% refund if canceled 1 weeks before the trip.
50 % refund if canceled 72 hours before the trip.
If canceled less than 72 hours before the trip:

No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 30 .
Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

No refund in case of a no-show.

3. Hourly (Special event (wedding, prom, etc)

100% refund if canceled 2 weeks before the trip.
30 % refund if canceled 72 hours before the trip.
If canceled less than 72 hours before the trip:

No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 30 .
Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

No refund in case of a no-show.
