The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental period by them or any members of their party which includes downtime.
The transport company reserves the right to upgrade passengers to a better class of vehicle.
The transport company will charge the client for each additional stop on a transfer trip. The charge amount depends on the type of vehicle chosen.
Smoking is not permitted in all our vehicles.
Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
Balances to be paid to the driver on the trip date before the beginning of the trip.
Customer Satisfaction credit will be limited to 5 % of the fare.
Tips are optional. 40 % (of the fare) Gratuity will be added on all corporate and 3rd party travel, 40 % (of the fare) Gratuity will be added on Barter or Promo Sales.

Cancellation Policy

1. Transfers / Point-to-point

100% refund if canceled 72 hours before the trip.
50 % refund if canceled 24 hours before the run.
If canceled less than 24 hours before the trip:

No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 80 .
Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

No refund in case of a no-show.

2. Hourly (Standard)

100% refund if canceled 1 weeks before the trip.
75 % refund if canceled 72 hours before the trip.
If canceled less than 72 hours before the trip:

No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 45 .
Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

No refund in case of a no-show.

3. Hourly (Special event (wedding, prom, etc)

100% refund if canceled 2 weeks before the trip.
35 % refund if canceled 72 hours before the trip.
If canceled less than 72 hours before the trip:

No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 60 .
Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

No refund in case of a no-show.
