Terms & Conditions

  • The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental period by them or any members of their party which includes downtime.
  • The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
  • The transport company reserves the right to upgrade passengers to a better class of vehicle.
  • The transport company will charge the client for each additional stop on a transfer trip. The charge amount depends on the type of vehicle chosen.
  • Smoking is not permitted in all our vehicles.
  • Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
  • Delay over 15 minutes at the client's fault will incur an additional charge of up to 20 % of the fare.
  • The Maximum Liability of the transport company will not exceed the fare paid.
  • Tips are optional. 20 % (of the fare) Gratuity will be added on all corporate and 3rd party travel, 20 % (of the fare) Gratuity will be added on Barter or Promo Sales.

Cancellation Policy

1. Transfers / Point-to-point

  • 100% refund if canceled 1 days before the trip.
  • 40 % refund if canceled  1 days before the run.
  • If canceled less than 1 days before the trip:
    • No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 70 .
    • Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.
  • No refund in case of a no-show.

 

2. Hourly (Standard)

  • 100% refund if canceled  1 days before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  1 days before the trip.
  • If canceled less than 2 days before the trip:
    • No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 70 .
    • Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.
  • No refund in case of a no-show.

 

3. Hourly (Special event (wedding, prom, etc)

  • 100% refund if canceled  2 weeks before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  72 hours before the trip.
  • If canceled less than 72 hours before the trip:
    • No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 70 .
    • Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.
  • No refund in case of a no-show.
