  • Customer Satisfaction credit will be limited to 5 % of the fare.
  • Tips are optional. 40 % (of the fare) Gratuity will be added on all corporate and 3rd party travel, 40 % (of the fare) Gratuity will be added on Barter or Promo Sales.

Cancellation Policy

1. Transfers / Point-to-point

  • 100% refund if canceled 72 hours before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  24 hours before the run.
  • If canceled less than 24 hours before the trip:
    • No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 80 .
    • Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.
  • No refund in case of a no-show.

 

2. Hourly (Standard)

  • 100% refund if canceled  1 weeks before the trip.
  • 75 % refund if canceled  72 hours before the trip.
  • If canceled less than 72 hours before the trip:
    • No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 45 .
    • Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.
  • No refund in case of a no-show.

 

3. Hourly (Special event (wedding, prom, etc)

  • 100% refund if canceled  2 weeks before the trip.
  • 35 % refund if canceled  72 hours before the trip.
  • If canceled less than 72 hours before the trip:
    • No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 60 .
    • Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.
  • No refund in case of a no-show.
